Heh... I'm confident that you'll carry a few Oscars yourself  ...

In the meanwhile, I've already sent my candidates. Good luck, everyone... and hope we have a lot more of nominations  !

A couple questions...

Are members supposed to nominate in every category? (I seldom read threads and have barely looked into electronic and band music here)...

When is the nomination process closing? (I think I'll take forever filling in the blanks ;) ).

Ohh... and where is YC's Best Couple  ????

EDIT: I should absolutely have read the full opening post before my first question  ...

I'd like to mention that we've had problems before when sending nominations without including link to the nominated piece/thread, and then we have to bee looking all over the site for something wasn't even named like that, so please include links to all nominated works and threads.

I wish I was one of those cool kids who have witty, edgy things to say all the time, like "I was doing it before ____ was around" and "Yeah, I'm pretty much a god".

Dear Mr. God (the Panda one, not the other),

I joined YC just last August, and I seldomly take part on thread discussions, but have listened to a whole lot of pieces (even commenting on a few of them). Am I allowed to nominate works anyways?

Thanks!

I am still considering, what to do. I admit I haven't listened to jazz, electronic and pop music on this site yet, so I can only nominate what I have encountered so far. I have some selections made in orchestral, chamber, keyboard and vocal music though. Since I am so "one dimensional" at the moment, I am thinking of rather abstain from voting although I am also thinking it would not be fair of me not to do it, even if limited.

Honestly I'd rather have your partial nominations that no nominations from you at all - but that's just my view.

Since I received no answer, I decided to send nominations as well. You're free to throw them away at once.

Bear in mind that, since I am not really acquainted with almost anyone on this site, I left many of the member categories without nominee.
