ad hoc Posted January 25, 2013 Posted January 25, 2013 Anyone know of a correct way to notate these measures? What I'm trying to make clear is that the half note and two eighth notes in the bottom staff is its own voice. But is that even necessary? Is it more correct to notate a dotted half in the bottom staff and pull the two sixteenth notes down into it? I haven't been able to find a example of this particular situation in other piano music, so piano players, what would be the most clear or easiest to read for you? Advice / examples / links / references? Condescension.pdf PDF Condescension Quote
Kvothe Posted January 27, 2013 Posted January 27, 2013 Yes, I agree with dom here. Composers do either way as I have seen it scores. Quote
