Harmonic Analysis Of Bach

Hi , here is a pic of a Guitar arrangement of Bach BWV 1009 Cello suite no.3.

I have worked out  the first 8 bars but not bars 5 and 6 :

Can you tell me the chords for bar 5 and 6? cheers!

[G        ] [D        ] [D7        ] [G        ] [Em        C#dim] [A7        D/F#*] [D     A ] [D        ]

*I don't know how to write this chord in your notation. It's a D major chord with the C# and E from the previous A7 held over, and these notes turn into D in the following D major chord.

aha, I think the last chord of bar 6 is what I call a slash chord and it is A/F#. Now to do B section and then write a new one.. :)
