SYS65 Posted August 23, 2013 Posted August 23, 2013 Mandolin has same strings than violin, just it can't go as high as violin, G5 maybe B5 but no more. btw the beams in the first bar you wrote look very confusing to me, are you sure you're copying well ? Quote

Despite the number of strings, a mandolin cannot play notes as high as a violin. Quote
