Full Music Courses In Europe Or Canada?

Remember when i asked about batchelor music courses in canada? I got a lot of awnsers lol, but then i found out that there is a difference between doing the bachelor course and the full 4 year course (duh). So what are in your opinion is the best place to do that kind of course? (europe or canada)

Hmm...a bachelor's degree = 4 years of study (most of the time)

Yeah, I'm not sure what the difference is. Much less what school would be best for it. I would think that if you found a good school for music that it wouldn't matter what type or length of course you took.
