pateceramics Posted October 20, 2015 Posted October 20, 2015 Saw this on the Association of Choral Directors website. Looks like no fee to apply. A really good opportunity for a performance and some valuable feedback and they are selecting 4 composers, so the odds are better than a lot of contests that are for cash prizes and only pick one "winner". If you are in the right age bracket, I highly suggest filling out the application form and sending them a score. It only takes 15 minutes of your time. (: -pateceramics Magpies & Ravens is accepting scores for its 2016 Lineage program, a mentorship program for young composers. Four young composers will be selected to receive personalized mentoring from an established, professional composer culminating in a premiere performance of a new choral work in March 2016. Austenite Posted October 21, 2015 Posted October 21, 2015 I wish they had done this about 12 years earlier. 1 Quote
