Lots of things can be harmonius. Often accompaniment is in the bass clef but sometimes it is in the treble clef.  Countermelody is often in either one of those clefs.

 

Accompaniment can sound like a melody and vice versa. So how would you know if something that is harmonius is accompaniment or a countermelody.
