Zimr Music Posted November 2, 2016 Posted November 2, 2016 First track was something walking at night in the middle of nowhere. Second track was well, about a battle between man and alien spaceships. Monarcheon Posted November 2, 2016 Posted November 2, 2016 1. Maybe the drums were a little too loud. Also, things weren't synched entirely properly. 2. Having low brass do sixteenth note repeats is bold and sounds a little bit awkward. Some parts here were also not synched properly. Both create a nice atmosphere with minor things that impede on their effectiveness. Quote
Anthony Johnson Posted November 2, 2016 Posted November 2, 2016 I really love the Battle At The Hill, it serves an alien scene well. Especially at around 1:56 it made me wanna go Duke Nukem on them! The thing about your music is you know how to bring something out of people using just the simplest of rhythms, melodies, and chords. You make a wandering ear want to hear more because your music can be frightening and heart racing. Good job! Quote
Luis Hernández Posted November 2, 2016 Posted November 2, 2016 Although music may evoke different things to listeners, this works fit to what you want to express. I wonder if those desynchronizations are on purpose or what? Anyway, the sense of uneasiness they give is interesting (for me). Quote
