This is an exercise. Taking the bass from Purcell's Dido Lament (when I am laid) as a ground bass, I built a canon at the unison.

m.12 = correct as it is

m.15 = correct as it is

m. 28 = better use Eb (melodic minor) than E

Great! Personally, I like the way the suspensions resolve. They don't quite release to the totally pleasant place you want. It's more like a sigh, which fits with the theme of a lament.
