Once again, impeccable attention to the score.
12 bar blues have strict rules, at least in the traditional sense of the term. A lot of tritones for me to want to label it as that.
I also found your last chord a little bit weak. Am7 with the third on top, even after a climb lacks the end point I was expecting.
Your string writing is a bit too safe here. Double stops do exist and can really fill in some parts that you seem to be struggling to fill with other instruments, but maybe that's just how I heard it.
