It felt very sectionalized to me. I wanted ideas to be connected with a stronger glue but things kind of came and went. A good example of where it was done well was the chromatic section leading into the G major section, back to chromatics, then to E major. That was nice, and that kind of treatment could be used a lot more.
The opening section was very strange to me. It seemed to try to be programmatic but suffered due to some shifting atmospheres. I couldn't tell if these were just weird chords to use (most noticeably, your Neapolitan chords), or if clashes were a result of multiple motifs.

Pretty pleasant sounding. Nice work.

I think it sounds pleasant, but what I think would really make it great is if there was a bit more texture. A lot of it sounds a little hollow, and some more quiet moving phrases in the background would give it a lot more substance I think. Debussy's La Mer is a great example of this done brilliantly. I also agree with Monarcheon that it does sound pretty sensationalized, each musical idea doesn't really transition into the next, rather the piece just sort of stops completely and then resumes with the new idea, making it hard to stay immersed in the music and messing with the flow.

The audio player won't let me listen to the whole piece, so I'll just give you some general impressions of what I heard.

Overall, I enjoyed it a lot. You're orchestration has more variety and color than your previous compositions, so that's good! I think your piece can benefit from having an overall structure...as Monarcheon said, it feels a bit "sectionalized". Though I have to say, compared to your previous pieces, the sections tended to flow better this time around. There were a few "dead" spots that weren't pleasing...1 before G, a couple of measures before L. 

As I said your orchestration is good, maybe a little less string tremolo-ing, and less harp arpeggio scales...it gets a little TOO much. Measure 89, no-one is going to hear those flute/piccolo runs, you need to reinforce them with another instrument. 

Overall, I think you can just improve on your melodic development and counterpoint, and you'd be golden!
