Offsetting drums is always tricky because as a percussion instrument, it needs to have a constant rhythm that keeps the other instruments in line and consistent. What you did here with the drums is ok and that's not always a easy thing to do. 

I think the track could stand a bit more drum patterns and other variations with the bells but overall I think it sounds ok.
