Hello, I am Chamber Chu~

Here is my first post;  The piece composed for a recital in 2014.

I am not familiar with English Internet etiquette, in fact, this is my first time to share music on English Website,

hope anything I did is polite to promote good communications. Thank you!

This work deserves some mention and I wanted to get to it before people forget that it's here. I usually don't give in depth play by play reviews, and I won't here either. Just some impressions and comments. Things that I like.

I like most of it very well. It's intoxicating, brilliant and muscular in its aggression. Your handling of dissonance in a modern piece without resorting to deconstructive techniques is very much noted and appreciated.

The length of the sections and lines has a purposeful quality which became, to my delight, demonic. I could always here the theme.

I thought the ending was too balls out at first hearing and could have used more pointed interplay between instruments. But after a second hearing it sounded just about right.

Hi Chamber Chu,

Beautifully done! I love the way you manage the level of intensity. When it seems just too much, the tension breaks and things calm.

Hi Ken,

Thanks for getting this back on the radar. This one definitely deserves some attention.

This is just wonderful. The progression, suspense, and intensity was a sonic thriller.

The jazz to this is beautiful and I really dig I the use of apreggios here. I love nothing more than signature riffs and this piece is as original as they come.
