Someone would kill me for this... I thinks it's playable, I've taken care about each string and intervals.

I might not kill you for this, but I would ask you very pointed questions regarding the matter of WHYYYYYYY

I also have the question of "why". I'm also not sure why you have the quadruple big 4 meter. Is it a playback thing or...?
Also the last chord? Is it supposed to be A major? If so, avoid enharmonics.
You use the description "metallic", but you aren't going to get that kind of effect with a piece like this.
I think it's a pretty good musical thought experiment.

Why not?

No such chords intended.

This is very much the case in which the performance given by a actual ensemble instead of a sampler would make an absolutely radical difference.
It's raw; not meaning lacking of something but for its direct approach.
Those glissandi with a large ensemble would sound terrific.

If you want edgy and metallic, have you thought about this piece for electric string quartet?

Also, regarding the glissandi in the last bar, it's not entirely clear to me which scale is being used there. Is it a white note scale? If so, does the cello play a D-natural before arriving on the D-flat, or is that last step a +2? It's a pain in the rear to do, but I think outlining the steps to hit on each gliss. would be clearer for the player.

Just take a look at the score of Metastasis by Xenakis (the beginning):
