I'm not sure if it was intentional to the title but the lack of much harmonic and volume development was off putting here. It's strictly tonal and does that job well, but I kind of wanted to see where that story went, considering the wave effects were clearly programmatic added elements.
It feels like a bit too long of an A section. Although that may be what you wanted, but I wanted it to be a little more adventurous with such a broad topic of discussion. Otherwise, quite good.
