2 Town Themes (Morning / Night)

Hi,

I wrote these a few days and I was hoping for some feedback on them. 

The two pieces are themed around a small friendly town and both of them uses a similar melody and backing but are played in different instruments to give a feeling of night and day.

The night theme works a lot better. I would turn the volume down at the first big section.
The day theme had way too many non chord tones, and I get that they're supposed to be blue notes, but the tonic, subdominant, and dominant chords all had mixings of the 3rd and the 7th in them that really sounded awkward sometimes.
Generally, good work and atmosphere.

I think the #9 note in the A chord really sounds a bit unfitting...
