Chopsticks

This piece "came through me" all at once on a sunny afternoon. 

Well, first off, that final chord was begging for a resolution, even if it was one with extensions.
Overall, it has a great feel with the descending line, but the fact it never leaves that bothers me a bit. Yes, I know, jazz and the consistency of bass and all that but the lack of a typical "melody line" calls for a little bit more eccentrics with the flow of the piece.
 

Quite lovely..  a little bit more variation in right hand 1/8th notes..  A melody would be nice, but then you couldn't perform it the way it is now, without changing up the right hand.. 

Really sets a comforting feeling, like the desending line..
