Use of 5/4 is interesting, I like that.
0:34, D major triad with minor third in the melody sounds awkward, but not actually that bad (can't tell if it's a mistake), but I don't know if that's what you intended, since ambient music normally subscribes to more functional harmony.
The inversions once the low tone enters the picture are a little weird. This could probably be fixed by making its presence a little less obvious. Like a second inversion chord on a VI chord is kind of awkward.
High piano notes around 1:45 are a little too loud.
Last chord suffers from the same thing in my second point. Just checking to make sure it's what you want.

5/4 isn't the time signature but 4/4. I've chosen the inversions of some piano chords because I liked the sound. I hope you glad to be listen it whereas if you don't like it I will improve then.
