Ben Maier Posted October 15, 2017 Posted October 15, 2017 Hey people, This one is only a short track but I was trying to match the setting of a busy airport. Im not too sure how effective it is because I've listened to it way too much and cant really tell anymore haha but I would love your feedback :) Cheers guys 2 Quote
Anthony Johnson Posted October 15, 2017 Posted October 15, 2017 It definitely sounds like a port theme. I really love the part between 0:57 - 1:08, because it has a sense of "something is amiss here." I can picture a bright sunny afternoon at the airport and seeing a plane fly during sunset. Great job! Ben Maier Posted October 15, 2017 Author Posted October 15, 2017 @LostSamurai Jeez that was quick. Thanks for your response, that's a relief that it fits the setting :') Quote
Sepharite Posted October 15, 2017 Posted October 15, 2017 Dang this is great. I could definitely hear this in the Terminal movie too. I have no critiques, except for make it longer. Quote
Ben Maier Posted October 16, 2017 Author Posted October 16, 2017 Cheers @Sepharite and @nguerrero, it's great to hear you liked it. I agree it should probably be longer but my brain stopped working and I couldn't think of anything else to add for the life of me so now it's only 1:30 :/ Quote
brickblock369 Posted October 28, 2017 Posted October 28, 2017 (edited) It would really fit with the sounds of people talking and walking around in the airport. The end didn't fit me, because I don't really prefer the "electronic" drums in this. Just my opinion. Regardless, it would fit an airport because it seems like you're braced for a big day, unlike a subway station. Great job man! Edited October 28, 2017 by Arthur1124 Quote
