Where's the player?

Anybody know why the player might not show up? I just uploaded an mp3 like I always do, but there's no player. The sound file is just a link.

Any suggestions gratefully appreciated.

Just to follow up with this, there was an issue and it was due to the file extension being in caps.  I've resolved that situation so that the player will still be recognized whether or not the file extensions are in caps or not.
