Trouble Logging in

I was registered here under the name "Magna Carta" and I'm unable to log in. It says that there is no such user, even though it's in the member list and I know I have registered. Is it possible you can change my actual user name from Magna Carta to Magna?

It exists. I don't know if usernames are case sensitive, so just make sure that you are putting in "Magna Carta" exactly. If that doesn't work, then an admin needs to sort it out.

Well, I put the data in exactly, including capitalisation and spaces, but it still refuses to recognise me, which is why I ask that an admin change the name to a name without a space (ex. MagnaCarta instead of Magna Carta).

The login name for the account Magna Carta differs from its display name. I have sent you the login name via PM. Once you have retaken control of the Magna Carta account, Magna will be deleted in line with our rule prohibiting multiple accounts.

Incidentally, the software handles names with spaces in them just fine.
