Monarcheon Posted April 16, 2018 Posted April 16, 2018 I wrote this for a 48 hour composition contest in Seattle. It did relatively well! The performers misinterpreted some of the markings but they had such a short time to learn it, I understand why that could have happened. 1 Quote
markstyles Posted April 17, 2018 Posted April 17, 2018 I LOVE it.. The freedom to explore the 'edges of music boundaries'.. It seems so abstract, yes has sense of coherency to it.. I think also I am intrigued by the emotional quality of it. I'm finding the 'emotional intent' of an instrument, or a motif it plays, directs the mind to a certain degree of a particular emotion.. Ampnoe's Posted April 22, 2018 Posted April 22, 2018 (edited) I like this kind of music, this piece has mystery & exploration. I didnt understand the end, it sounds painfull somehow but it means something, i hope good :) Nice Work!!! Edited April 22, 2018 by Ampnoe's Quote
