Eido1 Posted August 11, 2018 Posted August 11, 2018 (edited) HELLO!!! Here is my piece called "3-4-5". I know, the title is pretty strange. That is why I am adding pdf file with the notes, so you can check it and find out, why the piece is called this way! Otherwise, if you have any questions or feedback, please feel free to leave them here or in PM. (Hopefully, pdf is not empty this time) Wish you all the best! Luis Hernández Posted August 11, 2018 Posted August 11, 2018 Wow, man... I love this piece. The texture you've created with the eighths is perfect for the single line in the bottom. Besides, the arc is perfect: rest - tension - rest. On the other hand, there is no clue (at least for me) about the title, but I don't care, it's your title. Quote

Thank you so much for leaving your opinion. Also, the thought that you liked the piece makes me even happier :)) If you want I can explain you the idea of the piece, but I think you will get it pretty fast when you will look into the notes a few times. It is all about these three numbers 3,4, and 5. By the way, were you listening on the headphones? Appreciate your comment once again! Quote
Luis Hernández Posted August 12, 2018 Posted August 12, 2018 I am listening to it again and it's one of my favorite pieces lately here. Original idea to put the melody in the bottom (this is something Philip Glass also does). The texture is beautiful and it's not tiring because it changes all the time. No, I listened with the speakers of my Mac. Quote

Jonda Posted October 4, 2018 Posted October 4, 2018 Man, this is amazing... No comments at all, totally enjoying this little, effective piece... Quote
Jared Steven Destro Posted October 17, 2018 Posted October 17, 2018 Very enjoyable! The changes in momentum and the key shifts are very fluid and organic, and the ending was by far what tied the piece together in a very impactful way. Quote
Jan-Peter de Jager Posted October 29, 2018 Posted October 29, 2018 I loved it! Why can't it last an hour? I would like to immerse mysel for a long time in this soundworld. Quote
