AngelCityOutlaw Posted August 20, 2018 Posted August 20, 2018 (edited) I love classic, adventure films like Indiana Jones, Zorro, Cutthroat Island, etc. So here is an action theme with a similar aesthetic. Edited August 21, 2018 by AngelCityOutlaw 1 Quote
Gustav Johnson Posted August 24, 2018 Posted August 24, 2018 Good sounds, well constructed and certainly fits the genre. Trying to imagine how this would be developed to fit other scenes with similar plot/character ideas ... I begin to get the impression that the character of your sound certainly would work, while the melodic content may not be strong enough as it is to withstand that sort of development. This is good work, I'm being nit picky, there are always things to improve! Gustav Quote

Hey, your profile picture is Eric Andre's character on the new show from the makers of Futurama. Forgot the name of both show and character but that's not why we're here. The piece sounds wonderful though extremely short. I expected some more development of your material. I also think that it could do without the choir. As someone who writes with performance in mind I always have that thought at the side of my head saying: "it requires so much and does so little". You don't need this choir, in my opinion, and if you already use it then you should use it more. Choirs can add so much to the whole thing. When you develop the piece further (if you do), use your choir more. Try and get to somewhere, build a plot and follow it. Good luck. Quote
