Daniel Posted August 23, 2006 Posted August 23, 2006 In this article (at the bottom of page 24) http://www.biu.ac.il/hu/mu/min-ad04/LevinMOZART.pdf which is, in itself, fascinating, Robert Levin mentions that Mozart made several changes to some of his piano concerti (he mentions Numbers 15, 16, and 21 I think) to somewhat simplify the piano part. This was due to Mozart's hectic lifestyle - he wasn't able to find time to practise these concerti. My point is: does anyone know of any editions of these works, where the piano part remains how it was, before these revisions? If you know of any, or know of any information pertaining to this, or similar topics, please post! Quote
