The drop from Bb in the bass to G (measures 6-7), infact it's an original progression C(lyd) - Gm - C... The other one is the Bb in measure 14, not expected as a strong note. Quote
Monarcheon Posted October 12, 2019 Posted October 12, 2019 Very... eclectic, but some harmonies and timing procedures still stood out to me as unnecessarily harsh. I think this mostly comes from a functionally unstable bass for a lot of the piece, be it due to inversion or weaker progression chords like iii. Quote
