A new era (and the friends it left behind)

Wrote this for.. well, I don't know what I wrote this for. In an ideal world this would be for a movie or for TV.

I love this! Nice harmonies and instrumentation throughout the piece. 

The only thing I'd say, is your use of the glockenspiel (or whatever you're using with that bell sound). If it was used more sparsely I believe you could create a more dreamy effect which I feel would be fitting for this piece. 

Also, I think the A# around 0:47 adds a bit of dissonance that breaks the mood. Perhaps changing it for an F# would fix the "issue".

I see what you're saying, but I think it's too integral to the structure of my piece, it's kind of a theme that plays out over the next 16 bars or so.

as for the glockenspiel, I agree, I think it may be a little too piercing as well. I think I'm going to keep the arrangement but I will take off some of the high end so it sits better in the mix and I think it will have the same effect.
