Mike Posted August 27, 2006 Posted August 27, 2006 I forgot to make this absolutely clear earlier, so here goes: If you don't currently have a valid email address associated with your account, you won't be able to use the email password recovery route when we switch forum software (see this announcement). We will of course provide other options for anyone who is experiencing difficulties, but this is the easiest way to go about reseting your password. Again, you will need a valid email address to be associated with your account in order to recover your password. You can check your account's current email address by clicking My Controls in the nav bar at the top of the screen. Your email address will be shown on that page under "Your account summary" on the right. If you need to change this address, click Change Email Address on the menu to the left. Quote
