Markus Boyd Posted February 11, 2020 Posted February 11, 2020 (edited) So I have not been on for a while due to life and such things, however I have managed to finalize a rather ambitious work that I have been tearing my hair out over for months. It is pretty much finished now, although some further minor editing is required. I am aware that I am something of a perfectionist, especially when it comes to keeping in line with classical consistencies. I will upload the Allegro now, and attach the finished Largo (I posted that in November last year) to this thread. I will now complete the work with a closing minuetto. Of course, one of the reasons for posting to this forum is proof reading as is after all invaluable. I will also touch base with some of your work to get back into contributing. Thanks, Markus Edited February 11, 2020 by Markus Boyd Uploaded wrong PDF MP3 Play / pause JavaScript is required. 0:00 0:00 volume > next menu Allegro Woodwind Quartet in G > next PDF Allegro v1 Quote
jawoodruff Posted February 13, 2020 Posted February 13, 2020 All in all, not bad. I like the way you handle counterpart. I'd of loved to have seen a little more chromaticism here -winds handle it so well. I look forward to hearing more! 1 Quote
