Carlos Lalonde Posted March 2, 2020 Posted March 2, 2020 (edited) Hey all, I finished a rough draft of a work and need feedback on its orchestration, playing techniques, etc. I will adjust any notational errors later as I have not proofread the work yet. Any general advice/feedback is great, as the form of the song is set in stone. Thanks! Left Unexplained Posted March 3, 2020 Posted March 3, 2020 This is very pleasant to listen to. I like the voicings of your harmonies. This sounds conventional enough to be in film but original enough to create its own style and voice. I think you have struck a nice balance between the known and the unknown, if that makes sense. Very well done! Quote
StarCrypt Posted March 3, 2020 Posted March 3, 2020 Sounds great! Must be amazing to here a live band play your music. I think a shaker or similar percussion would sound nice for the section from 3:01 to 3:20. Congrats on the excellent score Quote

Jean Szulc Posted March 4, 2020 Posted March 4, 2020 Awesome! It sounds very simple, while giving a lot to the ear to grab onto. Quote
