Sagittary Posted April 19, 2020 Posted April 19, 2020 Hello there That'd be my first post so, in a way of introduction, I thought I'd share my latest effort inspired by listening to Hans Otte I'm not a pianist by trade, but rather a singer/guitarist with a keen interest in (neo)classicism and have always enjoyed writing for different instruments. If you care, please share your honest opinions about the harmonic/melodic development. I'd really appreciate it. Just keep in mind I didn't tend to program the timing and dynamics at all. Thanks! https://soundcloud.com/user-408299627/asperity-and-courtesy Quote
antimusicale Posted May 11, 2020 Posted May 11, 2020 Pretty interesting, it has some interesting ideas one could argue, Im not a minimalism expert. Quote
Monarcheon Posted May 16, 2020 Posted May 16, 2020 Lots of layers, yes, though I wonder if these registral jumps can form some sort of compound harmony with the multiple horizontal lines. As it stands, it presents a lot of ideas without too much of a process. Quote
