la folia I can't think of more Variations

This is my version of la folia and I have been out of ideas. Do you think it's better to mix another similar composition with this piece(eg.boccherini fandango last movement).

btw it's made using flat and Midi instruments.

That's a very harmonically complex theme; I don't know what's a voice leading error and whats intended. Especially considering the rest of the piece is relatively "simple". 
I don't know why it needs to be longer than it is... 8:30 is more than enough. I know Rach and Lutoslawski and Brahms have their long ones, but as a personal preference, it gets old. 

This has a start to it. Have you thought about expanding it?
