All of this sounds really cool!

A few comments about the notation:

I think this would be better notated in 12/8, as the whole thing is constructed with triplets. Perhaps even 3/4 would work, if you bump up the tempo accordingly. You could also add a note that two 8th notes should have a "swing", being played as the triplets you have notated.

It is important to add dynamic markings in the instruments, so that they each have a better idea of their role and that the conductor has better guidelines on what you want.

Also, there is no percussion in the score, therefore making it incomplete.

Besides that, the aural result is definately very nice.

Agreed. All in all, great start! What are the plans with this one? Sounds like you have awesome material to go with if you wanted to take this farther.

Nice, lush harmonies. I like it! But make sure you spell your chords correctly. The last chord and the chord in m. 9, for example, are both F#M7 chords, but they're misspelled as F#-Bb-C#-F (it should be F#-A#-C#-E#).
