Okay so is this bad or jazzy

I've been trying to experiment more with different rhythms and chords and things but is this just bad? Or is it inventive or what like help I don't know.

I think first you should try to compose a relatively simple piece with jazz harmony and try to create melodies as natural as possible. What you created seems to be somewhat consistent but it doesn't work for me, anyway good try and keep trying new stuff. 

Well, the "problem" here is, although it's short, it seems to have not a structure. It's like always going forward.

^ This and very inconsistent tempo is very offputting! Melodies on the other hand sound fine.
