Luis Hernández Posted December 16, 2020 Posted December 16, 2020 This is part of a set o pieces. In this case, these are my impressions about Nada (Nothing) as a state of mind, or experience... Markus Boyd Posted December 16, 2020 Posted December 16, 2020 Having the background to this piece as you have shared, I was able to connect with the mood you establish so well here. Particularly like the discord at bar 7, which is sullen and hopeless. I must ask you why in the score current time signature are at times noted despite there being no change to the meter, i.e. The reason is not apparent and I am curious. Thanks for sharing Luis. Quote

But surely it is not necessary. Quote

Seni-G Posted December 28, 2020 Posted December 28, 2020 You write very colorful, expressive music. Every time you post something, I imagine myself listening to a pianist perform it in a smoky lounge. I love this kind of music! So good for chilling out with a good cocktail and just letting the music and the vibe wash over you. I appreciate that you are trying to express the inexpressible. That's what this artform is all about. I hope you are in strong health! Wishing you the best. Quote

I feel much better, I had covid in the worst form and, although my lungs are not the same, soon I'll get back to work... Quote
mazeth Posted December 30, 2020 Posted December 30, 2020 Hi Luis, long time no see... Really sorry to hear you've been so bad lately, glad you're back on your feet, and back to composing! I enjoyed listening to your new composition, calm and gentle, yet sad at times (e.g.: around 0:30) even dramatic a little later... Thx for sharing! Quote
