My "band" at school is reading this, and the professor said we could perform it at concert. I wanted to post it here to get some suggestions, this piece can still change, but I think where it is at now is probably the best its going to be. I'm limited on the capability of the performers (play for fun not for precision, to some extent), and obviously limited on this set on instruments. I wanted a "baroque" style piece in the band, It was easier for me to make something than to find something that suites everyone..

Hello, the piece deffinetely sounds baroque, it reminds me Vivaldi a lot. I have to say that instrumentations is not perfect, but since You're quite limited in this way I don't see a big problem in it and I think that generally it's completely adequate piece for secondary school orchestra and do very nice effect at the concert. I don't think that it should be that repetitive, repetitions are perfectly all right, but then when You go all the way da Capo playing the same think for the third time, it seems to me just a bit too much. I also would do bass line more melodic in some places, so it wouldn't be just repeting the same note but some chords decompositions at least.

This is good fun. I find it as quite french, actually... like 1670-1680, particularly regarding some of your cadential motifs. Maybe next time omit the repeats from the version you post on the forum... just to keep the feedback concise.
