Mikebat321
May I invite you to listen to my new release Piece in D for solo piano, composed years ago but recently recorded. A simple melody, hope it soothes your spirit. Perfect for Valentines! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=orYQn_9WmpM Thankyou
PeterthePapercomPoser
A pleasant piece. I expected from the harmonic treatment in the very beginning that you would go into a kind of theme and variations since you then followed it up with a more fleshed out melodic section. But then you just put the largo at the end and to me it sounded like it could have gone on for much longer if you were to fully develop/utilize your ideas. That's just me though - I'm crazy about writing variations! LoL Thanks for sharing!
legato
I'm in love with the bass line at the beginning, and the E-C#7 progression near the end. I'm not totally sure about those grace notes, they sound a bit out of place in a place that is pretty 'regular' rhythmically. Overall, though, a great piece, love everything that's happening here. Alexander Reiger
Very soothing and Romantic (capital-R) piece! Feels to me like there's kind of a Beethoven/Chopin/Debussy mix going on there. Great work!
