Quite a unique ensemble you've put together in this one.  It has a kind of quirky staggered feel to it and the unusual tonality adds to that effect.  The tonality is just chromatic enough to make it feel weird an unusual but not so chromatic as to lose all sense of key center.  I guess what I'm trying to say is that you use your chromaticism in a very coloristic way which is enjoyable.  Thanks for sharing!
