Just an off-topic aside: On this particular topic, a panel has opened up to the right of this text strip. It seems to be an abstract repeating some of the same posts: popular ones it declares....although it doesn't explain why people would just look at popular posts without a context. It doesn't appear on any other of a dozen topics I've clicked upon.

Have I clicked on something by mistake? If so, I can't find a way to lose the thing except reduce it to a header.
