So it's a nice start, I think. Next up, you need to either introduce a new theme (in a related key or the same) or vary your current theme. You could also change the last chord to a deceptive or imperfect cadence, which nicely sets you up for new material.

As for the harmony, it's sparse but functional. I notice you use the violas to double other parts' notes, which is not ideal. Try offering them some counterpoint or contrary motion (harmony that moves in the opposite direction of the melody). That might even give you some inspiration of where to go next!

Why not move the thematic material to the woodwinds with some variations and maybe have a counter or supporting melody/harmony in the brass?
