Not my kind of music, but I appreciate some tension you create in some parts, the lento section and the ending bars that imitate the first ones of the piece. The human interpretation gives it some life of course. Is there any particular reason why you called it sonatina? Just out of curiosity.

Kind regards!!

I like this one very much. It's stylistic 'wanderings' (as I see them) seem to have many influences - many of the obvious ones but I also hear things in some phrases that are similar to old-time fiddle music. This is what jumped out at me during the first 8 bars or so. And then you switch gears a bit a few times; that type of process can be rather jarring if not brought off well but that is not the case here. I'm not personally so concerned at identifying chord selections and progressions in things I hear but the way the last chords echo the first ones is very effective.

Thanks for your review, Omicron Rg9. You are right, it is not a sonatina formally, but maybe in emotional arc and evolution of parts, yes.

I really enjoyed the work up until the last section with the chromatic runs to the conclusion ... to me the work is very creative; however, the chromatic runs seem mundane in comparison to the more creative opening and mid-sections.

Thank you for your review, AKA Christopher!  You are right , the  begining chords and the last ones are practically the same.

Thank you, MJFOBOE! I particularly like more the chromatic section than the beginning.
