Another classico romantic piano piece with some modern and even baroque elements. I used the La folia progression in the 2nd section and wrote variations on it. The main theme returns in the end but in the relative minor and ends in tragedy. Hope you enjoy!

I am not sure if this is true of your other piano pieces, but your dynamic balance between the melody and accompaniment is poor.  It sounds as though you have them both at the same dynamic level when the melody should be brought out more in high relief over the accompaniment.  Although there are many places where it's not clear which note is most important, like when you have chords in the right hand while the left hand plays crazy figurations, or when the right hand has figurations where it would be total overkill if all those notes were played really loud.  I like your ending chord - it does sound tragic.  And your use of the Mixolydian b6 mode sounds quite magical.  The first time I heard this was on YT and I actually noticed that you used the La Folia schemata - how did you find out about it?  Have you studied other schemata?  Great job overall and thanks for sharing!

Thanks for the feedback. I studied about the folia progression in a book some months ago. As of now I can't really recall if I know of other progressions. I agree with the dynamics part with you. But you have to understand that this is midi playback. Hence it's difficult to emphasize notes as I want them. Thanks for listening

I just wanna ask about the use of F double sharp, because it feels like many of those should be written as G natural since the F double sharp is not resolving upward. That's a really minor problem for me.

Yes even I noticed that just after posting it. These minor enharmonic problems happen sometimes
