Cute little piece.  

I always value positively that you leave a pdf along your small pieces :). As funkygirl said, it's kinda cute, kinda giocoso, though it gets more serious for a moment between 0:40 and 0:50 more or less. It has some pomp too.

I liked it.

I liked the B section, but it was so short! I recommend extending it because it sounded like you had a good idea going.

Also, Horn players will hate you for placing notes that high above the staff. They're incredibly hard to hit and require experts to play them adequately. I've only seen a high C in Mahler symphonies and Scriabin. Maybe trumpets ( or even piccolo trumpets ) would fit the bill here.
