I will be posting links to various polls in this thread for the composers and members at large to vote for their favorite pieces in "The Tortoise and the Hare" competition.  Vote for your 1st place, 2nd place and 3rd place pick.  Your 1st place pick will receive 3 points, 2nd place will receive 2 points, and 3rd place will receive 1 point.  We'll tally up the points and determine the popular vote winners that way independently of the official judging (for the prizes) by @Thatguy v2.0, @PetertheP
