Henry Ng Tsz Kiu Posted June 16, 2023 Posted June 16, 2023 Hey @GospelPiano12, I think the transcription is correct besides some improvisatory freedom on the rhythm. 1 hour ago, GospelPiano12 said: I really like the chromatic pulling of that F# in th melody. Yup that F# makes it more jazzy and spiritual like and I like that too. Henry Quote

I think I'll leave the F# and then have the I chord on beats 1-2 and have the V7/vi on beats 3-4 Quote

Henry Ng Tsz Kiu Posted June 28, 2023 Posted June 28, 2023 Hey @GospelPiano12, Nice playing! I think the rhythm is accurate! However there are some pitches that appear to be wrong for me: B.2 "in the " should be G-A, b.3 "Name of" should be G and F. B.4 "Je" should be F, b.5 "sus" should be E B.10 "other_ should be G-A, b.11 "name" should be G B.14 "Call on his" should be A-G-A, b.15 "name" should be Bb. Henry 1 Quote
GospelPiano12 Posted June 28, 2023 Author Posted June 28, 2023 Thank you, I'll make those adjustments...aural skills really left me 10x more confident with rhythmic notation... Here are the verses, I've already wrote 4-parts, and I incorporated some suspensions and things 1 Quote
