Great job!  A great theme and variations piece on the familiar tune steeped in classical piano literature!  Some parts sound hectic and like they're jumping from one impressive variation to another without really any concern for form.  I think Prokofiev kept a sketchbook of impressive piano excerpts when he wrote his piano concertos and sometimes, just like this piece, those works can sound stitched together.  Also, the variations are mostly figurational and virtuosic without changing the harmonic structure or manipulating the melodic content.  Sometimes the virtuosic variations add extra showy elements which aren't actually related to the Happy Birthday tune, which detracts from their thematic unity.  The tempo changes quite abruptly too in some places.  But on the whole, the piece is quite enjoyable to listen to!  Thanks for sharing!
