robinjessome Posted June 7, 2007 Posted June 7, 2007 Yeah, um...How'd this happen? Letehn?! I thought he was dead! Some tragic helicopter accident... Quote
Guest JohnGalt Posted June 7, 2007 Posted June 7, 2007 Yeah, um...How'd this happen? The most plausible solution is that Anders changed his name back, but no, that couldn't happen, so let's formulate some terribly complex and incredibly shaky conspiracy theory based on personal accounts of questionable people and press it on people as fact. That'd be much more fun. You first! Go! Conspire! Quote

Guest JohnGalt Posted June 7, 2007 Posted June 7, 2007 Jesus did it. Ah yes, Jesus, the leet hacker in the sky. His subroutine terminated early for your sins. Quote
Guest Anders Posted June 7, 2007 Posted June 7, 2007 What are you guys talking about? The picture looks completely normal to me... Quote

bob stole my cookie Posted June 8, 2007 Author Posted June 8, 2007 I just needed for someone to confirm my belief that it was Jesus :musicwhistle: Quote
Hands Posted June 8, 2007 Posted June 8, 2007 Let us praise him for his meddling... (We need a Jesus smiley.....) Quote
bob stole my cookie Posted June 15, 2007 Author Posted June 15, 2007 Umm.... I have a really weird problem this time :P My "Enter" key isn't working anywhere on the forum. I can't make a new line here or in the pager or anywhere else that I've tried. I can't even hit tab>enter to submit my posts... I know my keyboard is working fine because I've spent the past 10 hours typing. help? ;) Quote

To switch back to the standard editor, go here, scroll right to the bottom and refer to Message Editor Interface. Quote
bob stole my cookie Posted June 18, 2007 Author Posted June 18, 2007 It started working again, randomly. And I'm using the standard editor in Firefox (2.0.0.4) Oh well... :) Quote
bob stole my cookie Posted August 1, 2007 Author Posted August 1, 2007 Mmm.... thread recycling again... Is there a way to combine the functionality of [noparse] with the boxing effect of ? That was what I was trying to say. For that matter, why do the code boxes have horizontal scroll and why aren't they the width of the page (or at least the post box)? It just looks odd.... Isn't there a way to set it so that the text wraps? Oh! and one more question that's been eating me: are the posts made by members in hidden forums (such as the MW deliberations or mod forum) counted in the member's public post count? (sorry, obsessive mood...) Quote
Mark Posted August 1, 2007 Posted August 1, 2007 Hillary, easy way to test that last one, make a post in our forum, and if it appears on your post count then the same is probably true of the other hidden forums. Quote
bob stole my cookie Posted August 1, 2007 Author Posted August 1, 2007 Yeah, I know that part but I've always wondered if, say, a moderator makes a post in the mod forum, can the rest of us see it added to their post count? I guess I could post, log off and check :) Quote
Mike Posted August 1, 2007 Posted August 1, 2007 Is there a way to combine the functionality of [noparse][noparse][/noparse] with the boxing effect of [noparse] [/noparse]? So a codebox whose content is not parsed for any further BB Code? Not available by default, no. For that matter, why do the code boxes have horizontal scroll and why aren't they the width of the page (or at least the post box)? It just looks odd.... Isn't there a way to set it so that the text wraps? I'll look into this at some stage. Oh! and one more question that's been eating me: are the posts made by members in hidden forums (such as the MW deliberations or mod forum) counted in the member's public post count? Yes, all posts made in private forums increment post count. Quote
Maximilian Caldwell Posted August 5, 2007 Posted August 5, 2007 Do I smell an increase of spam to raise post count indiscriminately? :D Quote
James H. Posted August 13, 2007 Posted August 13, 2007 Well, you shouldn't, unless you sniffing up your own ... :P Quote

bob stole my cookie Posted March 19, 2009 Author Posted March 19, 2009 Uhhh... here's one I haven't seen before although it's probably just my browser loving its self up. Anyone else getting this? Quote
Guest Leigh Posted March 19, 2009 Posted March 19, 2009 I have been getting error messages all day saying "forum access was denied". Kind of annoying, but fixed itself if I went to another site and came back. Quote
Mike Posted March 20, 2009 Posted March 20, 2009 Uhhh... here's one I haven't seen before although it's probably just my browser loving its self up. Anyone else getting this? Can you reproduce the issue? Which URL(s) result in that message when accessed? I have been getting error messages all day saying "forum access was denied". Kind of annoying, but fixed itself if I went to another site and came back. You might have to be a bit more specific with the error message. Was it along the lines of, "You don't have permission to do x"? Quote
