What Was That

Another reworked composition from something I wrote years ago. I just liked the melody I guess...

This brings me back to the 80s. Very cool, light pop / jazzy tune. Parts of this may even remind me a little of early Mario Kart music, but maybe it's the jazz organ speaking to me. You have a really cool ending...those jazz chords played on the organ are sweet!

Just a tune & arrangement I came up with years ago redressed in instruments from Steinberg's Halion 6. And a bit of a fresh look at the arrangement. It started with the idea of taking Bobby Womack's "Breezin" and changing the 4 chord to a minor and then just following my ear after that and seeing what else followed. Thanks for your interest.
