bored_comedy Posted March 24 Posted March 24 (edited) I had a solid idea of what I wanted to do by the beginning of the piece, but it started falling off so I had to wrap things up---something I have to deal with as usual. Any tips on expanding on a theme? I do wish I could've made the piece a bit longer and more expressive. PCC Posted March 27 Posted March 27 The score looks disorganised. Separate your different themes into segments and we might be able to get a convo going Quote
bored_comedy Posted March 29 Author Posted March 29 (edited) Sorry for the late reply. Could you please explain what you mean by segments? Like just break into a new line at each end of a theme? I appreciate your response! Edited March 29 by bored_comedy Quote
Atlantis_ Posted April 5 Posted April 5 I like how it goes from "bright" to melancholy in a smooth transition - while maintaining a consistent tempo. My only critique: around 1:31 the notes drop and seem to struggle for a second to find their way back up. Quote
