Luis Hernández Posted September 21 Posted September 21 A very nice piece and one that, for me, does have elements of Satie's style. It would be nice if you included a score.... It always adds value to see exactly how it is done. Quote
PeterthePapercomPoser Posted September 23 Posted September 23 Hello @Ben Callender! I really enjoyed this piece! I can hear that there is some delay between the melody in the right hand and the accompaniment. I wonder how one would write that without resorting to a really ugly precise rhythmic notation. Maybe, if it were my piece I would just write it as if it lines up with the meter but then offset the notes to the right in space a bit and write "ritardato" above it? That's just my idea. To 2nd @Luis Hernández, I would also really love to see a score. I love the mood you create and the harmony is so mysterious and ambiguous that I can't tell just by listening what it might be. Thanks for sharing! Quote
